The story is a mix between The Hunger Games and Divergent (as soon as I read the description I knew I had to request this book!), with wizard, magic, love, mystery, riddles, journey, new places to see and people to free. I liked the conflict she went through from being a normal person to.well, you need to read the book to discover it! I like Fale, a lot, because she's determined, strong and stubborn and I love her relationships with Keron, Lisle and Izzy. Soon, looking for informations, seeking help, Fale and her friends, Keron, Lisle and Izzy, are involved into a mystery regarding an hidden war, a mysterious princess and strange powers.Įven though I didn't like so much the writing style (too many dialogues and too rushed in some parts), The Key of F is a captivating read, full of twists and interesting characters. When her saving Keron changes the course of action, Fale and her crush find themselves running from people who want her key and her death. Since her father was killed when she was eight years old, Fale was taken care and trained to fight by Nelson, his father's friend and kept her father ancient key as a necklace. When for the first time she is able to act before the vision happens, saving her friend and crush, Keron, everything changes. The country of Algea, after a terrible civil war, was divided in zones, each one centered on the production of a specific need (it reminds me a lot of The Hunger Games) and Fale, since her eighteen birthday, has visions, feelings, thoughts she can't explain.

The Key of F is a dystopian book, full of twists and adventure, with an interesting and peculiar female main character, Fale.
